Excellent talent cultivation project

Huawei Electronics "Excellent Talent Cultivation Project" was launched in 2014. It is a special talent introduction and training plan for fresh graduates with bachelor and masters (MBA) degree of "985" and "211" key universities. It aims to select a batch of middle-level R & D, marketing and management personnel for the company through two-year comprehensive, systematic and professional cultivation and training, and reserve it as the company's senior management personnel.

Ⅰ, Major selection

Components, applied electronics, applied chemicals, materials, marketing, accounting, information technology, industrial engineering, management

Ⅱ Career development

Bachelor degree: matching the requirements of the head of the marketing team, taking charge of the technology research and development project, and director of the workshop of the production enterprise, or department manager in 2 years.

Master's degree: meets the requirements of the manager of the marketing department, the leader of technical research and development (a product direction), and the person in charge of the manufacturing department in 2 years.
