During the training, the presenter started with fundamental concepts like the definition of work-related injuries and the determination process, offering clear and accessible explanations of professional knowledge related to injury prevention. Additionally, guidance was provided on teaching techniques specifically for trainers. Upon completion of the entire course curriculum, Changzhou Huawei Electronics awarded training certificates to employees who fulfilled all required hours.
In the next phase, we will further popularize work-related injury prevention knowledge, enhancing employees' capability for self-assessment of potential hazards.
