The good operation of the post-doctoral workstation is truly a school-enterprise cooperation. Cooperation is actually cooperation with all resources of the school behind the postdoc, which is a win-win and multi-win for both parties. At the same time, it is proposed that with the demand for talents in the follow-up industry of HuaWei Group, 4 post-doctoral fellows have reached the intention of entering the station in 2019. Post-doctoral workstations should have 2-3 post-doctoral doctors at the station each year, and 50% of post-doctoral doctors will continue to work with HuaWei to maintain the goal of cooperation, laying the foundation for the group's subsequent establishment of an academician workstation.
